The hotel had great rooms with a poolside view and an attached alfresco kitchen dining area that we loved. Although it wasn't very quiet due to the shutters with no other windows, the room size was good, set on decent-sized grounds surrounded by trees, big enough for just the two of us.
The hotel had everything you needed for your stay, including a kitchenette, which was very useful. The rooms weren't as clean as I would have liked and weren't serviced during our 4-night stay. The staff were extremely helpful upon arrival and showed us where the restaurants and grocery stores were.
The hotel is ideally located just a 2-minute walk from the beach and the vibrant main strip of restaurants and bars. The rooms are spotless, equipped with a kitchenette, providing everything needed for a comfortable short stay. While the service is friendly, some improvements could be made. Overall, a great value for money option for a relaxing stay in Palm Cove.
